The theme of this year’s COFI Conference, held Wednesday and Thursday in Kelowna, BC was Rooted Locally, Growing Globally: The New Forest Industry. Billed as Western Canada’s premier forest products convention, it attracted close to 450 delegates representing senior industry, government and customer representatives as well as elected officials from local, provincial and federal governments. The opportunity to represent Dakeryn Industries at this informative convention reaffirmed the importance of staying connected to industry developments critical to interpreting market dynamics.
