It was a silent seabus this morning, an unusually quiet commute across Burrard Inlet to our office in North Vancouver.  It’s unfortunate that the heartbreak here in Vancouver this morning is only magnified by the embarrassing and disgraceful scenes of thugs who instigated mob rioting downtown after the game.

We congratulate the Boston Bruins on winning their first Stanley Cup since 1972.  With the Patriots (’02, ’04, ’05), Red Sox (’04, ’07), and Celtics (’08) all winning respective championships in recent years, Boston is again a city of champions!
